TESSEON REFERRAL REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Referral Rewards Program ("Program") of Tesseon ("Tesseon"). The purpose of the Program is to bring on new Tesseon Payroll and HR clients through referrals. A "Participant" is an individual who submits a referral through the approved Tesseon referral process. A referral that meets the program requirements and becomes a Tesseon Client is defined as a "Referred Tesseon Client."
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Participant Requirements
To participate in the Program, an individual must be at least 18 years of age. The Participant must not have an existing referral relationship with Tesseon or serve as a broker, channel, or alliance partner of Tesseon. Additionally, the Participant cannot be an employee of or involved in the decision-making process at the company they refer. Participants must have a pre-existing relationship with their referral and may not submit referrals based on unsolicited emails or harvested contact lists.
Qualified Referral Requirements
A Qualified Referral must be a United States-based company that is not an existing Tesseon client. The referral must have provided express written consent to the Participant to share their contact details with Tesseon and to be contacted by Tesseon.
REWARDS STRUCTURE
First Meeting Reward
When a Qualified Referral completes a first meeting with Tesseon within 30 days of submission, the Participant will receive a $25 Amazon Gift Card, which will be delivered via email to the Participant. For a First Meeting to be considered complete, it must include the decision-maker who has full budgetary approval to purchase Payroll and HR services.
Client Acquisition Rewards
Upon a referred company becoming a Tesseon client and running their first payroll, the Participant will receive a reward based on the following employee count:
- 1-4 Employees: $100
- 5-24 Employees: $250
- 25-49 Employees: $500
- 50-100 Employees: $750
- 100+ Employees: $1,000
-100+ Employees: 5% of annualized revenue of Referred Tesseon Client
PAYMENT TERMS
Rewards will be issued after the referred company runs their first payroll with Tesseon. The rewards issued under this program are not considered taxable income. Tesseon reserves the right to verify all referrals before issuing rewards.
EXCLUSIONS
Referrals of existing Tesseon clients, referrals that do not complete a first payroll with Tesseon, and fraudulent or duplicate referrals are not eligible for rewards.
PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS
Tesseon reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. All decisions regarding the Program, including but not limited to eligibility and reward payments, are at Tesseon's sole discretion.
 GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. Any disputes arising from this Program shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction where Tesseon maintains its principal place of business.
